Brrrr

Wow!  It's cold!  Really cold!  Being from Michigan, I grew up with cold, but I'm not used to this weather in Virginia!  Last night was the coldest night in 13 years!  So they said on the local news.  Either way, it's cold!

Our friends Paul and Jesselle had their second son the day before yesterday.  Amanda and I went to go meet him this afternoon.  He was tiny!  So cute.  They're doing well, and I can't wait for them to be able to take him home!

I'm fairly relaxed at the moment.  I had to work a few hours today (Saturday, though I'm posting this shortly after midnight...sunday morning), but it wasn't so bad.  I got all my work done and now I can enjoy the rest of our four-day weekend.  We get MLK day off and then Inauguration Day off as well.  Knowing we would get the day off, I've been waiting for Tuesday for 1.5 years!  Plus, if you know me, I'm a fairly big Obama supporter.  I'm very excited.

Football tomorrow.  I don't really care who goes to the Superbowl, but I'll be here watching.

Amanda and I just watched Burn After Reading - it was a decent movie.  I'm not generally a fan of the Coen brothers, but this was good.  I really didn't like No Country For Old Men, which was very popular, in general, so I didn't have high expectations for Burn After Reading.  It was confusing through a couple parts, but at the end I was laughing uncontrollably.  Decent.

That's about it.  Until next time.  Stay warm!
