Wow! A lot's happened since I last wrote. Nothing too exciting or important, but enough to update the blog!

Yesterday morning amanda's parents left VA heading back to MI. They were here for 4 days and it was very fun. We did a ton of talking, eating, shopping, sight-seeing, and hanging out! It was a blast. It was very relaxing. I took thursday and friday off work, and monday was a holiday, so it turned in to a nice little holiday for me. Amanda had to work yesterday, she didn't like that very much.

We went to the monuments on the national mall, had lunch and shopped in Georgetown, and took in the sights of the National Air and Space Museum. It was real fun, although I think I walked more in the last few days than I have the rest of my life combined! :)

The weather was beautiful, if not too hot, which is strange to say in October. It was near 90 and very humid, which made walking around under the blazing sun very unsettling, but we had to make the most of our time together. I got some beautiful pictures that I'll upload if I get a chance. Anyway, it's my first day back to work in a while, so I need to go make the most of it! Talk to you soon!
