Spring time!
Well well, spring snuck up on me and it's here full force! Yesterday was 82 degrees here in VA/DC area, and today should be a nice 77 degrees. It's supposed to cool down for this weekend, but that's ok, I can only handle so much warm weather at once. I prefer cooler weather so I don't get uncomfortably warm.
Graduation time is approaching and Gabe and Amanda are both graduating in May. I can't make it out west for Gabes graduation but I wish I could. Amandas is May 5th and I'll be flying home that morning to see her and the family. I'm planning the week off work the following week, and we're going to move her down to VA! I'm pretty excited. It's been very hard being apart for the 11 months, but here we are, only one month away. It's going to be a big adjustment for her and her family, but we'll make it back to MI to visit often, and I'm sure amanda will love it down here. It's constantly sunny and warm, and there's tons of things to do and see.
I better get back to work as I'm only taking a quick 10 minute break. I'm only working 4 hours today as it's the UEFA Champions League (European Soccer) semi-finals...maybe it's the quarter finals... yes, it's the quarter finals. Anyway, today and tomorrow there's four games that I want to catch, so I'll be working half days. I love that my job allows me to adjust my schedule any way I see fit at a moments notice. Actually, there is no notice, I can come and go as I please. Anyway, I have to catch the games, my favorite team Chelsea FC is still in it, and I hope they win! I'm pretty excited! We dont' get very many "futbol" games broadcast in the states.
That's that. Congratulations to Gabe and Amanda!!!!! Until later...bye! :)
