Well, well, well...

I love daylight savings time. It stinks in the spring when we lose an hour of the night (sleep) however, I enjoy that it's lighter outside later. It definitely makes it feel earlier than it is for the first week or so.

Amanda's trip here to VA was great! I can't wait for her to move here in a few months. We went and saw all kinds of museums, the zoo, art galleries, we went out to lunch, dinner, saw movies, played games, relaxed and enjoyed each others company. It was a much needed week long break and I can't wait to have another! It's hard being back to work, I feel distant and unmotivated. It's working out though, I'm getting my work done and should be back in the full swing of things by tomorrow.

It's hard having to be apart from Amanda again, but this is our last big time apart. In less than two months I'll be back in MI for her graduation and then she'll be here soon after that! I can't believe how fast the year is flying by. It feels like yesterday that I was graduating and moving to DC.

Well, better get back to work!
