Bachelorette party!
It's true, I went to Amanda's Bachelorette party! It was great!
The idea of the night was simple, get together with all of our college friends and have a good time! We started by going out to a great Mexican restaurant, Fiesta Charra (sp?). I love that place. I had been there maybe three times previously, and it just gets better every time! :) They have great burritos and great margaritas. All our friends came (guys and girls), even Amanda's parents!
After dinner the plan was to go back to East Lansing and go to three different bars. That was fun too! We went to three bars I had never been to, and they were all nice...especially the last one, the name of which I can't recall. It was very new, maybe only open for a month or so, but good none the less. It was an Irish themed pub, with live music, drinks and food! We didn't stay super long, but I enjoyed our time there.
That was about it. We spent our time catching up late into the night until we caught a ride home from Cary back to Amanda's parents place. It was very relaxing, laid back, and great to see old friends again.
So you can all get a sense of the timeline of the wedding adventures, we flew home on a Saturday, a week before the wedding, and had the Bachelorette party that night; talk about a full day! More to come!
