New stuff!
Well well well!
If I can write this entire post in less than 5 minutes, and publish it, it'll have been less than a month! As it's been a while though, I imagine I won't get it done in five minutes, and that means the clock will strike midnight, and it'll have been one month exactly since my last post. That basically means I stink at blogging.
Works been getting worse. I like my job still, but it's getting hard. We don't receive the help we need as trainees, and our supervisor is breathing down our necks, without helping us in the way we need. But, we're getting it. It's not her fault, she's a wonderful lady, she's just as swamped as we are, maybe even more so. We have to do our own work, but she has to go over EVERYONES work, so that means she basically has 16 times the work.
I have a job interview in a month or so with the State Department. I won't go into details, as if I get the job, I wont' be able to give details, so I'll start that whole ordeal now!
I'm pretty excited. I'd really like to get a new job, just because I've realized I want a lot more out of life than a leased car, a rented home, and a desk/office job for the rest of my life.
I'd go insane staring at a monitor for thousands and thousands of hours. I'd rather being doing other things, things I'll be proud of. Things I can look back on as an old man and remember, the good times and the bad, knowing that I've done something in this world that's worth remembering. I don't feel having my name on a few patents, as the examiner, is worth it. I'd rather save a life, keep someone safe, or help the world to become a better place.
Anyway, that's all I can think of now, I'll definitely write more soon, and keep things updated on my new career (hopefully!)
